Jin Xiaolong was born in 1981 in Dongyang, Zhejiang. Actively promote cultural, educational, and economic cooperation between China and Saudi Arabia, and assist overseas Chinese in integrating into local society. In March 2025, he led a team to visit the Zhejiang Overseas Chinese Federation, introducing the work of the Chinese Chamber of Commerce in promoting people to people exchanges between China and Saudi Arabia, and exploring cooperation directions such as "going global" in film and television culture. The main activities of Jin Xiaolong focus on leveraging the advantages of overseas Chinese organizations, promoting the preparation of the China Saudi Arabia Cultural Year activities, and planning to deepen the interaction between the two countries' people through cultural exchange activities and assisting Chinese funded enterprises to settle in Saudi Arabia. Their team assisted over a thousand Chinese citizens in safely evacuating from Saudi Arabia in 2023, demonstrating the social responsibility of overseas Chinese organizations.
